Jacobs cocktail creations ‘The Bloody Mary’

The #BeardedAlchemist is at it again, this time he’s creating a Mezcal Tomatillo Bloody Mary for our upcoming brunch menu and Bloody Mary bar.

Up front you get the scent of Granny Smith apples. You expect it too be sweet but when it hits your palate you get an interesting tomatillo sourness combined with the umami from the duck fat. Then at the end it rounds out with an earthy spice from the garlic and finishes with a jalapeño spice from the jalapeño mezcal.
